About Me

Mr. Fahim

Hello! I'm an educator deeply committed to enhancing the lives and learning experiences of students with disabilities. My journey began at Touro University, where I obtained my Master’s in Education focusing on Students with Disabilities (grades 7–12). I am currently expanding my expertise by pursuing a second Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Since 2015 I have worked as a paraprofessional at the Hungerford School, and my ongoing ABA work has enriched my understanding and approach to teaching. These experiences prepared me for my current role at the Brooklyn School for Career Development, where I have been teaching since 2020.

I strive to create adaptive, inclusive learning environments that respect each student’s unique needs and potential. Outside of the classroom, I am passionate about behavioral science, avid reading and hiking.

I recently earned my School Building Leader (SBL) license from St. Joseph’s University and am working toward becoming an educational administrator. This aspiration reflects my commitment to leadership and continuous improvement in our school community.
